ERP Upgrade & Service Adjustments
We're upgrading the systems behind how we serve you, and we want to share important information about upcoming changes and what to expect over the next few months.
A New Business System on November 2
On November 2, Bishop-Wisecarver will move to an upgraded ERP system, NetSuite. This upgrade will help us serve you more efficiently, and we appreciate your patience during the transition.
Early Closure on Friday, October 30
To prepare for this transition, our offices will close early on Friday, October 30, at 2:00 PM PT. We'll resume normal business hours on Monday, November 2.
Online Ordering Will Pause Temporarily
During this transition, online ordering on BWC.com will be paused beginning November 2. Our new website is scheduled to launch the week of January 4, 2027, with an improved experience designed to make product information and online ordering easier to access.
In the meantime:
Request for Quote forms on BWC.com will remain available for product inquiries and engineering support.
Our team will continue to assist with orders placed by phone or email.

Logging In to the New Website
If you've ordered through BWC.com before, your username will remain the same. You'll need to create a new password when you first log in. The new website is scheduled to go live in early January 2027. Additional information will be shared closer to the scheduled launch.
